At Cleverpanel, we offer an innovative modular building panel that will revolutionize the housing construction industry worldwide. Our panel is designed to speed up construction and cut down costs. Our panel is insulated with a very low heat conduction. They are waterproof, fireproof and very robust. The panel can be installed on walls and roofing by a couple of staff and don't require a lot of training to be up to speed. Our panel system will last a lot longer than most building structures being cementitious geopolymer based.
Panels are quickly assembled on site with a built-in flashing system to prevent water ingress under a flat slab. There is no need for a step down in your slab edge saving slab costs. The panels can also be set up without the slab where the panel becomes the formwork that supports the slab. The panels come with an option of installing flat bar strengthening beams for high radial loads such as using Cleverpanel in your roofing. The flat bars are available from Cleverpanel for around $1 per metre, being very cost effective.
One panel can build your whole house. You can install your walls and roof in a few days. We will be looking at selling the panels for around $50 to $75 per square metre. Once the panels are installed you can paint your walls with a roller, and the joins will disappear.
The panels take up minimal floor space and have vast advantages over most construction methods including 3d printing. We anticipate many benefits using Cleverpanel over 3d printing at under half the cost of construction.
Our panels are covered by a provisional patent, we will release full details of the panel installation and methods once we are getting close to production. Our moulding system is fast and keeps the cost of building low. We use two recycled materials in our moulding process.

Installing windows doors is very simple and only takes minutes to do with onsite templates, we will employ onsite window contractors that can come to your site at a fixed cost to cut and install your windows rebates if needed.
