Cleverpanel introduces a patented modular building system engineered to streamline global construction practices. The panels are manufactured from a cementitious geopolymer, providing exceptional durability, low thermal conductivity, inherent fire resistance, and complete waterproofing.
Structurally robust Cleverpanel also eliminates the need for gyprock. Most panels can be installed manually by hand, however larger craned sizes are also available as an option. Installation is a breeze with minimal training requirements.
It's a system mainly based on variable‑sized panels that can be mechanically fastened together around windows or doors, enabling rapid assembly. Panels may be installed on a completed slab or positioned on footings prior to the slab being poured.
Alternatively, a single panel format can be adapted to form an entire building envelope, with straightforward cutting jigs for door or window openings.
Estimated pricing is $65–$70 per square metre. Once installed, panels require no specialized finishing, a textured roller coat is sufficiently thick enough to cover the join lines.
The system offers significant advantages over conventional construction and emerging technologies such as 3D printing, particularly in speed, cost efficiency, and logistical simplicity.
The moulding process is optimized for rapid, low-cost production incorporating recycled materials.
Cleverpanels design is currently protected under a provisional patent, with full installation specifications to be released as production nears. The system enables rapid progression to lock‑up and supports modular renovation, extension, or complete relocation of structures. Cleverpanel is designed to exceed the Australian building code and meets all guidelines for windows, door heights and wall heights etc.
Cleverpanels strongest suite is its variability in design ensuring it can meet or exceed fire ratings, load ratings and insulation ratings.
We purposely do not divulge the complete Cleverpanel system on this website and perhaps you could say it's a little confusing as it does not reflect the true product and that is the way we set this up as we are not trying to advertise our product until it has launched on the market.
