Manufactured from a cementitious geopolymer, our panels deliver exceptional durability, low thermal conductivity, inherent fire resistance, and complete waterproofing.

Structurally robust, Cleverpanel eliminates the need for drywall. Installation is fast, intuitive, and requires minimal training.

The system is based on variable‑sized panels that mechanically fasten together around windows and doors, enabling rapid assembly. Panels can be installed on a completed slab or positioned on footings before the slab is poured. Panel thickness can be adjusted to suit climate‑specific insulation needs.

Estimated pricing is $65–$70 per square metre. Once installed, panels require no specialised finishing— a textured roller coat is sufficient to conceal join lines.

Cleverpanel offers significant advantages over both conventional construction and emerging technologies such as 3D printing, particularly in speed, cost efficiency, and logistical simplicity. The system is purpose‑designed to overcome the inefficiencies of current building methods.

Our moulding process is optimised for rapid, low‑cost, high‑volume production and incorporates various recycled materials. Robotic assembly lines will be integrated as we scale, and this workflow has already been fully mapped.

Geopolymer manufacturing reduces greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 30%, with the potential to reach 45% through carbon‑capture integration. Our unique structural design and cement ratios could reduce carbon usage by up to 80% compared with typical brick construction or 3d printing.

Cleverpanel’s design is protected under a provisional patent, placing it in a class of its own and clearly distinguishing it from competitors. Full installation specifications will be released as production approaches. The system enables rapid progression to lock‑up and supports modular renovation, extension, and even full relocation of structures. Cleverpanel is engineered to exceed international building codes and meets all requirements for window heights, door heights, wall heights, and more.

One of Cleverpanel’s greatest strengths is its design flexibility, allowing it to meet or exceed fire, load, and insulation ratings.
